Dinkic candidate for "Finance Minister of the year 2005" by the magazine Euromoney

      Minister of Finance of Serbia’s Government Mladjan Dinkic has been nominated for the award "Finance Minister of the year 2005", organized by the European economic magazine Euromoney, said Michael Buhl, member of the Vienna Stock Exchange Board of Managers.
      At the press conference in Belgrade, on the occasion of the announced cooperation between Vienna and Belgrade stock exchanges, Buhl said that special credit for the success of Serbian economic reforms goes to the Government of Serbia, and specially to Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic, who achieved great success in his former capacity as Governor of the National Bank of Serbia.
      In addition, as Buhl said, Dinkic deserves praise for outstandingly conducted tax and banking sector reforms, as well as for writing-off of Serbia’s external debt.
